βComfort: Plush recliner chairs and a well-designed reception.
βFacilities: A dedicated foot bath area with hot/cold water and more than one toilet.
β💎 PLATINUM (Luxury)
βSpace: Large luxury spacing with a minimum of 80 sq. ft. per chair.
βPrivacy: Must provide private rooms with attached toilets.
βExtras: Premium waiting area and must accept credit cards.
βThe Non-Negotiables (For Everyone)
βRegardless of your rating, every centre must have:
βValid Licenses & Permits: Local authority license and work permits for foreign staff.
βSOP Manuals: Documented procedures for operations and in-house training.
βStrict Scope: Massage is for wellness only, done by hand, and strictly on areas below the knee.

βPlatinum: Score 90 β 100%
βGold: Score 75 β 89%
βSilver: Score 50 β 74%
βBelow 49% is Not Qualified.
