​The Three Tiers

​🥈 SILVER (Standard)


​Space: Open layout with a minimum of 50 sq. ft. per chair.

​Comfort: Basic reception counter and a comfortable waiting area.

​Facilities: At least one toilet on the premise.


​🥇 GOLD (Premium)


​Space: Bigger spacing with a minimum of 65 sq. ft. per chair.

​Comfort: Plush recliner chairs and a well-designed reception.

​Facilities: A dedicated foot bath area with hot/cold water and more than one toilet.


​💎 PLATINUM (Luxury)


​Space: Large luxury spacing with a minimum of 80 sq. ft. per chair.

​Privacy: Must provide private rooms with attached toilets.


​Extras: Premium waiting area and must accept credit cards.


​The Non-Negotiables (For Everyone)

​Regardless of your rating, every centre must have:


​Valid Licenses & Permits: Local authority license and work permits for foreign staff.


​SOP Manuals: Documented procedures for operations and in-house training.


​Strict Scope: Massage is for wellness only, done by hand, and strictly on areas below the knee.


​How to Qualify?

​Platinum: Score 90 – 100%

​Gold: Score 75 – 89%

​Silver: Score 50 – 74%

​Below 49% is Not Qualified.
